Privacy Policy

Agent Station, Inc. is a technology company based in Seoul, South Korea. Manshin is our AI companion mobile application designed for personal use. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through the Manshin application and any related services we provide.

We collect information in the following categories:

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, and any other information you choose to provide during registration.

Payment Information. When you make purchases (BOK credits or subscriptions), payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchases but do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

User Content. We collect the inputs you provide to Manshin (text, images, and other content), personal profile information you provide for personalization features (such as date of birth, birth time, and other details used for personalization features), and the outputs generated by the Service in response to your inputs.

Communication Information. If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your communications.

Feedback. We collect any feedback, suggestions, or reviews you provide about the Service.

Technical Information. We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including:

• Device type, model, and operating system version;
• Unique device identifiers;
• IP address;
• App version and usage data;
• Crash logs and performance data;
• Browser type (if accessing any web features).

Location Data. We may collect general location information (such as country or city) based on your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data unless you explicitly grant permission.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: To operate, maintain, and deliver the features and functionality of Manshin;
• Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and process transactions;
• Improving the Service: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the quality and safety of our AI models and Service;

Manshin uses a combination of Agent Station's proprietary AI models and third-party artificial intelligence service providers to process your inputs and generate personalized responses. This section describes how your data is shared with third-party providers.

What Data Is Sent. When you use the AI features of the Service, the following data may be processed by our proprietary AI models and/or transmitted to third-party AI service providers:

• Text inputs, including your questions, prompts, and conversational messages;
• Personal profile information you have provided, such as date of birth, birth time, and other details used for personalization features;
• Images you upload or provide through the Service.

Who Receives Your Data. We use the following third-party AI service providers to process your data:

• OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) — Privacy Policy
• Google (Google LLC) — Privacy Policy
• xAI (xAI Corp.) — Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC) — Privacy Policy

User Consent. The app obtains your consent before any data is shared with these third-party AI service providers. By agreeing to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy at signup or sign-in, and by using the AI features of the Service, you explicitly consent to the transmission of your data to these providers for the purpose of generating responses.

Third-Party Protections. Each AI service provider is contractually required to handle your data in accordance with their published privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. Data transmitted to these providers is used solely to process your requests and generate responses, and is subject to each provider's data retention and usage policies. We require that these providers maintain appropriate security measures and do not use your data for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

Opt-Out. You can stop sharing data with third-party AI services at any time by discontinuing use of the AI features within the Service. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us at manshin@agsn.ai.

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party AI Service Providers: We process your Input (text, personal profile information, and images) using our proprietary AI models and third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google, xAI, and Anthropic to process your requests and generate responses. See Section 4 for details;
• Service Providers: With third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools), subject to confidentiality obligations;
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• Safety and Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Agent Station, our users, or the public;
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction;
• With Your Consent: In any other circumstances where you have given your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• For the duration of your account and a reasonable period thereafter;
• As necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements);
• To resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
• For legitimate business purposes, such as improving and training our AI models.

When your personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. Under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions;
• Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used format;
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time;
• AI Training Opt-Out: You may opt out of having your content used for AI model training through the application settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
